When you purchase through Custom Copper Works, you are not buying from inventory; you are buying YOUR made-to-order, customized, unique creation fabricated by select artisans with decades of experience in their specific areas of expertise… delivered to your door!


The Order Process

  1. The first step is completing the Quote Form that appears at the bottom of each Product Detail page. 

  2. If you have specific design requests that differs from the showcased items on the Product Detail pages, include your design modifications on the Quote Form in the form field provided. 

  3. With the information received, we will contact you with a current Price Quote. With a continued interest, the next step is to finalize your design specs. With this information, we are able to prepare a final Formal Quote.

  4. If the price and timeline pleases you, a 50% deposit initiates the order with the balance due upon Photo Approval. Lead time for most orders is approximately 8 to 12 weeks. 

  5. You are included in the building process. You will receive photos for approval during the building process. When your order is complete you will receive detailed photos for final photo approval before we ship.

  6. If you have already decided on a design that is not showcased on this website, send us photos via email with your design specifications.

  7. PAYPAL CREDIT...  We use the Paypal payment gateway for credit card processing.  When you use PayPal Credit to make your purchase, your purchase is eligible for No Interest if paid in full in 6 months.” Click here for more information.
