This double slipper tub shipped to Maine. The architect who contacted us was clear on the design elements he wanted and presented a photo for us to modify. The rope embossing with the white copper decorative rivets on the tub skirt gives the tub a bit of a Moroccan “flavor”.
Bill and Debbie are remodeling their bathroom. They choose a double-walled, copper soaking tub as the tub in their bathroom. It is important to them to be able to bathe their young grandchildren in the tub and expect to be able to place the removable bench next to the fixed bench to create a bathing platform for the young’uns.
Michael was remodeling his bathroom and had a corner space large enough for a double walled Japanese soaking tub. We customized the size to the space available. He choose 14 gauge copper for both the inside and outside walls for added strength. He wanted the Tolantongo 1 Patina. The patina colors on the 14 gauge copper turned out truly beautiful.
Scott was remodeling his bathroom and had space to put a custom designed Japanese soaking tub against one wall. A lot of thought went into the soaking tub design. The final touch was a removable second bench that could be used in the tub, when necessary, for two people and also be able to use it as a step into the tub.
David was remodeling his bathroom. He wanted a double slipper tub without rings to sink into a rock bed. Clever design feature. He wanted the 14 gauge copper to insure his tub could handle the body and water weight without creaking. A design drawing was submitted with his specified dimensions. The 6″ bottom rim was designed to fit snugly into the rock bed.
Deone wanted an exaggerated slope in her slipper tub for greater comfort (she has back issues). She speced a dark, dark brown copper patina. The result is a beautiful and unique copper double slipper tub that is a perfect fit!
We presented several possible soaking tub designs that met Kate’s criteria for her consideration and finally decided on the single slipper with the brass antiqued claw feet. She was matching existing floor tiles and wanted the soaking tub patina to be as dark as we could make. The end result is a totally unique, totally comfortable, truly unique and gorgeous copper soaking tub that would compliment her space perfectly.
Brett and Julia own the Front Porch B&B in Arcata CA in the redwood forests of northern CA. They purchased two copper soaking tubs for their new bath house designed to accentuate the natural beauty and the peace and tranquility of the surrounding, back-to-nature lush environment. Brett scavenged the nearby redwood forest to find the organic decorative elements used in his “masterpiece”. Note that the water that pours into the tub is a hallowed out redwood limb. Truly, a work of art beyond the beyond. Brett is not only a design “visionary”, but an excellent photographer.
“Awesome” does not quite say it. This is a gorgeous copper soaking tub. The colors paint a truly artistic color canvas rarely seen on a copper soaking tub.
The tub is designed to fit into an alcove and the alcove walls hide the two sides and back of the tub giving the illusion that all four walls are double walled.
Ruben bought the copper tub and sinks for his mother’ s newly remodeled bathroom. She fell in love with the CCW Design #27 free-standing double slipper tub. She loved the embossing design. She wanted a dark brown copper patina, no reds. Ruben also bought her two drop in sinks for her new bathroom. I would vote for Ruben as the “Son of the Year”.
This is a clever bath well design for comfort. The well design can be modified for a single person tub, a full recline and more.
Brad sent us photo of the copper patina he wanted, circling “exactly” the area of color tones he saw in his mind’s eye. The copper patina turned out to be unique and exceptional. Take a look.
Frank, an interior designer, was designing a bathroom for an elderly gentleman who wanted a double walled, corner copper soaking tub. Besides the aesthetic beauty of copper soaking tubs and the antimicrobial qualities of copper, his client was attracted to the easy maintenance offered by copper tubs, and the fact that tub water stays steamy hot for up to an hour. After a number of back and forth emails, Frank settled on a design with easy entry and comfort seating formed into each corner.
Craig wanted a double walled corner tub that would fit into the corner of his bathroom. His space was limited so instead of a circular front, he sent us a photo of a triangular shaped, porceline tub. The challenge was to reconfigure the tub dimensions to accommodate the size limitations of his bathroom, and at the same time keep the the integrity of the triangular form intact. We did it! Take a look.
Trey and Alison are remodeling their bathroom. Inspired by SKU #104, they choose a large copper double-walled Japanese Soaking Tub with a removable bench in a dark brown copper patina. They took advantage of the pricing we offer for copper sinks when ordered with the copper tubs, and included a matching copper corner sink of their own unique design in their order.
This is a clever design. Don was remodeling a mountain cabin and wanted to place this rectangular tub in an alcove. This bathtub is built very much like a farmhouse copper sink with an apron. When you look at it straight on, it looks like it is doubled walled on all four sides. Basically, this design is an alcove insert that gives you about a 25% savings over a full double-walled copper.
Mardel was remodeling her newly purchased home and wanted unique and timeless custom copper center pieces for the master bath. More Views and Information.
Heidi had just purchased a new home. She wanted to remodel the master bath with the copper tub as the centerpiece of her new bathroom. She saw the double-wall slipper tub design online and asked us to quote. Our quote in 14 gauge copper was quite a bit less than the advertised price online offered in 16 gauge. We customized the tub dimensions to the space available in her master bath, and her height. The copper patina turned out to be truly amazing.
