Inside panel design. The 3 corners have a graduated 5% incline comfort seating.
Gauge: Inside wall, 14 gauge; Outside wall, 14 gauge
Lip separating the two panels is 1 1/2" on two straight sides; 4" on front, curved panel.
COPPER SOAKING TUB DESIGN REQUIREMENTS
Frank, an interior designer, was designing a bathroom for an elderly gentleman who wanted a double walled, corner copper soaking tub. Besides the aesthetic beauty of copper soaking tubs and the antimicrobial qualities of copper, his client was attracted to the easy maintenance offered by copper tubs, and the fact that tub water stays steamy hot for up to an hour.
Frank initially contacted us for pricing on CCW Design #104. After some deliberation and back and forth emails, he asked if we could drop the soaking tub height to 25" to make it easier to climb into the tub. We submitted a double walled soaking tub design photo for his approval that was 25" high. Because comfort was paramount, we decided on building in pre-formed comfort seating in the three soaking tub corners. In addition, we redesigned the normal 1.5" lips that separate the inner and outer soaking tub panels to allow for a 4" shelf on the curved front copper panel.

With the information received, we will contact you with a personalized Formal Quote based on your specifications.
If the price and timeline pleases you, a 50% deposit initiates the order with the balance due upon Photo Approval. Lead time for most orders is approximately 8 to 12 weeks. Expedited service is available. Call the office for details.
You are included in the building process. You will receive photos for approval of the soaking tub panels before the panels are welded together. When the soaking tub is completed you will receive detailed photos for final photo approval before we ship.
