Q: What is the order process?
The thumbnails on the website link to the Completed Work Product page describing the showcased item of interest. At the bottom of each Completed Work page is a Request a Quote form. Submit the Quote Request form with your specific design requirements and we will contact you with a current price quote. More info
Q: What design options are offered?
You can customize any design showcased on this website including size, patina color, embossing and more. If you have decided on a design that is not showcased on this website, send us a photo to quote. For more information, go to Customize.
Q: I have an existing table base and would like the copper table top substrate to be constructed to fit my base.
Send us photos of the base with dimensions and we will customize the copper table top substrate to fit your table base.
Q: How does shipping work?
Q: Am I able to approve my order before it is shipped to me?
Your purchase is not shipped to you until you approve presented photos of the completed work. The images on this website are photo approval images of completed works that have been selected to show you the wide range of design possibilities.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We use the Paypal, secure payment gateway for invoicing and payment. You do not have to be a member of Paypal to use this service. Paypal accepts all major credit cards. When an order is placed 50% of the product total is invoiced to initiate the order; the balance with shipping is due upon photo approval.
Q: What is the lead time for orders?
Lead time is estimated to be from 8 to 12 weeks. Expedited service is available. Contact the office for details.
